How does the dress hire work?
Our dress hire operates from Thursday – Saturday between 11 AM – 7 PM (closing times may vary for private bookings). You can visit during these hours to view our collection of dresses. If you wish to try on a dress, there is a $20 fee which will be deducted if you decide to book the dress within 3 days of the try-on. Pick-up is 1-2 days before your event, and returns are due the following Thursday.
How long can I hire a dress for?

How far in advance should I book a dress?
We recommend booking your dress as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like balls/prom and holidays. However, we can also accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes to cater to all body types. Our collection includes sizes from XS to plus size. Please contact us for specific measurements.
Can I try the dress on before hiring it?
Yes, you can try on dresses at our studio. If you wish to try on a dress, there is a $20 fee which will be deducted if you decide to book the dress within 3 days of the try-on.
How do I return the dress?
Returning the dress is simple, please return it to our studio.
What if I damage the dress?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor damages such as small stains or loose threads are covered by a minor damage fee. Significant damage or loss of the dress will incur additional charges up to the full retail value of the dress.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the hire start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire start date may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
How do I make a payment?
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dress.
