Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All services require an advance booking. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, via email or in person at our studio.
• Payment: Full payment is required upon booking to secure your reservation. We accept bank transfer or in-person payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking time.

Use of Services

• Dress Hire: Dresses must be returned in the same condition as they were hired. Any damages or significant wear will incur additional charges.
• Venue Hire: The hirer is responsible for any damages to the venue during the hire period. A security deposit may be required.
• Selfie Studio: Users must follow all instructions provided for using the selfie studio equipment. Any damages to the equipment will result in additional charges.

Conduct

• Respectful Use: All users must respect the property, staff, and other customers. Any form of abuse, misconduct, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
• Age Restrictions: Some services may have age restrictions. Please check the specific terms for each service.

Liability

• Personal Property: D+S Studio & Bar is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
• Injury: Users engage in services at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using our services.
